I am making a conscious effort to be more positive with my thoughts. I would say that I have always been more of a "glass half full" kinda gal, but I think that really taking positivity and projecting it into the world is a whole other thing. Being grateful is a part of the positivity. Focusing on gratefulness everyday helps to enforce that mindset. Today I am grateful for acupuncture, getting to practice acupuncture and my family.

A challenge - Write down 3 things every morning that you are grateful for for a couple weeks. I dare you not to have a more positive outlook on life!
